The Boar is a mob added by the Twilight Forest mod that is the Twilight Forest equivalent to the Pig. It can be converted into a Pig with the use of Transformation Powder, and an overworld Pig can be similarly transformed into a Boar. Boars, despite their tusks, will not attempt to attack the player. Boars can be saddled and ridden like Pigs, and can be controlled as Pigs can with the use of a Carrot on a Stick. Boars share a model with Pigs and are identical in every known respect, save their texture, which differs from the Pig. Boars can be bred with Carrots as Pigs can, but like other Twilight Forest Creatures, they do not display the "hearts" effect when entering "love mode" and being able to breed, making it potentially confusing for the player as to whether or not the animals can be bred. Boars make the same sounds as Pigs when idling and when being harmed by the player or by other sources.
