The Unlocked Vanishing Block is found in the Twilight Forest. Though not found naturally, it can be found in the Dark Towers after you insert a Tower Key into a Locked Vanishing Block. While in this state, any Vanishing or Reappearing Blocks are able to be used and if the chain gets to the Unlocked Vanishing Block, the block will vanish. There is no way to craft these.
