The Giant is an unused mob from vanilla Minecraft. It is a twelve blocks tall equivalent to a Zombie and does not spawn naturally in the world. A Giant does not burn in daylight and cannot move, but it deals 9 hearts of damage on hit. The only way to spawn a Giant is to use a Growth Syringe from MineFactory Reloaded on a Zombie.
