Metal Purification

Metal Purification is a process of creating Ore Clusters from Ore Blocks, which can then be smelted into 2 ingots, introduced in Thaumcraft 4 mod. This can be done in Crucible and Thaumatorium. For each ore block to be transformed into ore cluster, 1

Essentia is required.

This process is simply ore doubling introduced in almost every technical or magical mod. And Thaumcraft 4 allows the player to do it relatively easily by using Thaumatorium. This can even be fully automated.

By default these metals are supported: Iron, Gold, Copper, Tin, Silver, Lead. Witching Gadgets supports Ferrous, Platinum, Cinnabar and Mithril. With mods like Another One Bites the Dust almost every other existing metal will be supported by metal purification process (excluding the metals from GregTech, of course).
