Taint Poison

Taint Poison is an effect added by the Thaumcraft 4 mod.

It works the same as Wither effect, slowly draining player's health and killing them when the health reaches zero. When the player dies from this effect, a Thaumic Slime will spawn where it happened.

Can be obtained by the player from dissolving Tainted Goo and Taint Tendril, from getting in range of the splash of Bottled Taint, walking around in Tainted Lands or from being attacked by Tainted Mobs.
