The Golemancer's Bell is a control item added by Thaumcraft 6 for managing golems in the field. Right-clicking a golem with the bell toggles follow mode: the golem starts trailing the player and ignores its assigned seals, and combat-capable golems will defend the player when threatened. Right-clicking the same golem again returns it to normal duty and resets its home location to where it currently stands.
After unlocking the Golem Logistics research, sneak-right-clicking with the bell on empty air or any block opens an item-request inventory listing every stack reachable through nearby Provider Seals (within a 32-block radius). Selecting a stack queues a request, and an idle nearby golem will fetch the items: clicking on a block delivers them to that block (placed inside if it is an inventory, with the clicked side respected); clicking on empty air delivers them straight to the player. Golems still respect their normal pathing range, so requests must be made within reach of an able-bodied carrier.
