Hydration Cells are cells full of highly refined water, made from placing a Water Cell into an Extractor. They can be placed in a Crop-Matron, which will use them to hydrate crops or you can use it manually.

The Hydration Cell is not to be confused with the Coolant Cell, which has exactly the same texture.

Note: Starting with version MC 1.7, Crop-Matron uses water instead of Hydration Cells. Hydration Cells were removed in version MC 1.8. Now the Universal Fluid Cell - Water can hydrated the plants on the Crops.
