The Heat Vent transfers heat from adjacent components, including Uranium Cells, in a Nuclear Reactor by 6 heat units per tick, while cooling itself by 6 heat units per tick. It will not directly cool the reactor core itself and must be placed next to a heat exchanger in order to achieve this effect.
