The Alchemic Segmenter can be used to limit the number of tanks used for a certain type of AR. Shift right-click on a container to cycle through its reagent types until you have the one you want to restrict. Then, left-click the target container until you have the right max number of tanks.
Example: You can limit a Relay (which has two tanks) to have a maximum of 1 tank of Praesidium, 1 tank of Potentia and 1 tank of Sanctus.
