Forest Bees are one of the mundane bee species added by Forestry. They can be found in wooded biomes, including Forest, Autumn Woods, Forested Hills, Birch Forest and Pine Forest, contained in a Beehive. As a wild species, the only way to acquire Forest Bees is from a naturally generated hive.

Production

Forest Bees produce Honey Combs which can be made into Honey Drops and Beeswax in a Centrifuge. They have no secondary or specialty produce.

Requirements

Pure Forest Bees require a Normal Climate and Normal Humidity to start working, and at least one ordinary Flower - for example a Dandelion, Rose or Hydrangea. Like all species, their traits can be modified through Bee Breeding.
