The Bee House is the first available housing for Bees. Despite being the easiest to make, the Bee House has several advantages over the next tier of housing. Bees in a Bee House create products at 10x the rate of a frameless Apiary, live 3x as long, pollinate faster, and will never die due to Genetic Damage. These benefits however come with three major costs. Bees in a Bee House cannot mutate into a new species, won't accept frames, and are unable to be automated, requiring Bees and products to be handled manually.
Uses
The Bee House is helpful in early Bee cultivation, as it becomes available at the same time bees do, and allows for faster production of useful items like Combs and Silk Wisps with minimal resources.
The Bee House is also very helpful when breeding trees. The increased lifespan and higher Pollination rates that Bee Houses give greatly increase the chances of a tree mutation to occur.

Can use any Comb with the OreDict:BeeComb tag, and the type of wood has no effect.
