The Apiarist's Hat is the helmet piece of the Apiarist's Clothes set added by the Forestry mod. Wearing it cancels one quarter of the negative effects produced by Bees, with each additional piece of the set further reducing them. A full set worn together completely cancels all negative bee effects, while positive effects are not affected. Positive effects from bees are not blocked.
In addition to the bee protection shared with the rest of the set, the Apiarist's Hat lets the player see whether Leaves have been pollinated, similar to wearing the Spectacles. Pollinated leaves are visually highlighted, making it easier to identify which trees and bee plots have been worked.
The Apiarist's Hat is treated as cloth armor, provides 1 armor point and has a durability of 100.
