The Rainmaker is a machine that can be used to manipulate weather. Right clicking the Rainmaker with an Iodine Capsule will consume the capsule and create rain after a 30 second start-up. If it was already raining or storming, the Rainmaker will do nothing. Contrary to its name, the Rainmaker may also be used to stop rain. When right clicked with a Dissipation Charge, the Rainmaker will change the weather to clear after a much quicker 5 second start-up. If the weather was already clear, this will merely consume the charge.
