The Refined Circuit Board (formerly Large Circuit Board) is an item from the Forestry mod. It is used as a crafting ingredient for one of the Forestry machines as well as an insertable upgrade to the Electrical Engine and the MultiFarm, a completely redesigned multi-block farm added with Forestry version 2. As an upgrade it needs at least one Electron Tube soldered to it with a Soldering Iron.
The Refined Circuit Board can hold up to three Electron Tubes in total. For a description on how to add Electron Tubes to Circuit Boards, see the page for the Soldering Iron.
