Mutandis Extremis is an item added by the Witchery mod.

It is an important part of the mod as it is the only one of two ways to obtain key ingredients. This is the higher form of the Mutandis. Mutandis Extremis is able to mutate multi-staged growth plants like Cactus, Sugar Cane, and Wheat. This can useful when the Player needs Cactus but cannot find a nearby desert. It can still transform everything that Mutandis can.

It is also used in some Witchery crafting recipes.
