Death is a boss mob from the Witchery mod. Death's hand spawns a scythe that deals damage and Death can teleport around his target.
A special Rite of Binding is used to summon Death involving five of each of the three spectral undead being bound to a fetish item.
Wearing all of Death's outfit and wielding a Hand of Death will turn the player fully into Death and as such, anyone who summons Death while the player is dressed as Death can be summoned instead.
