The Dream Weaver of Nightmares is an item added by the Witchery mod. It is a decorative wall hanging item that brings the likelihood of entering the Spirit World in a Nightmare when drinking a Brew of Sleeping down 50%.

This dream weaver also corrupts all other dream weavers to give penalties instead of the bonuses the other dream weavers are supposed to give as well as giving a Weakness buff to players when they wake up, unless used near another Dream Weaver of Nightmares and then the buff added is Blindness.
