The Brew of Poison is an item added by the Witchery mod. It is a second level Custom Brew effect that can be bottled as all brew types, Liquid, Instant, Gas, and Trigger. The brew inflicts the Poison debuff with the level based on the strength of the brew. This brew has two forms and one of them is an inversion of the Brew of Regeneration. As with most Custom Brews, this brew effect can be combined with other custom brew effects as long as the brew has enough Capacity.
