The Shrieking Fetish is a spell added by the Witchery mod. It is one of Witchery's spells that can be applied to the Scarecrow, Trent Effigy, or Witch's Ladder.
The spell is cast on players that come near the bound fetish object, the shrieks of the bound banshees alert the witch of the presence and also emits a redstone signal.
