The Seer Stone is an item added by the Witchery mod.
The Seer Stone provides a way to summon a witch's coven. This is useful for casting spells that require a coven to cast, it brings them all to the witch to cast it instead of letting them wander around like they usually do.
A Seer Stone though can also be used to check a witch's levels in the various forms of witchcraft and other things magical.
