Enderman Head is a block added by EnderIO mod. It can be obtained by killing Endermen. Having Loot and Beheading enchantments on the weapon increases the drop chance for Enderman Head. It's a player-only loot drop, meaning that it will not be generated by most mob farming automation options unless they emulate player kills. A Tinkers' Construct weapon upgraded with Beheading Modifier and/or a Cleaver works well.
