Power Buffer (Configured) is a RF management block added by the EnderIO mod. It can be configured to accept and discharge any specifc amount per tick, up to its maximum internal buffer of 100k RF. In practice it acts as an energy throttle, limiting the per tick expenditure of power to any attached machines/consumers. Power is evenly distributed to all outputs, if multiple destinations are available. They also split a power grid which can improve performance, and allow subsystems to be turned on or off as needed. Power Buffers have four redstone sensitivity modes; Always on, Never active, Active with signal, Active without signal.
Later versions of this block accept a Basic Capacitor, Double-Layer Capacitor or Octadic Capacitor which affects their storage and throughput.

| 2,500 RF | 100k RF | |
| 7,500 RF | 300k RF | |
