Soul Binder is a block added by the EnderIO mod. It is used to convert the type of a Broken Spawner by combining it with a filled Soul Vial with the desired mob, and craft items such as: Enticing Crystal, Flight Control Unit, Ender Crystal, Frank'N'Zombie, Sentient Ender, and Ender Rail. It requires both power and EXP, supplied as a liquid or from an Experience Rod containing levels.
