The Creative Engine is a special type of BuildCraft engine intended for use in Creative Mode. Like the Redstone Engine it requires nothing but a redstone signal to function, however it can generate much higher amounts of energy. By default it outputs 20 RF/t, and the output rate can be increased by crouching and right-clicking the engine with a BuildCraft-compatible wrench. Each right-click doubles the rate, up to a maximum of 1280 RF/t.

It is not possible to craft or otherwise obtain a Creative Engine without the use of Creative Mode or cheats.
