The Advanced Solar Generator is a power generator block added by the Mekanism mod. It uses solar energy to generate power of up to 300 J/t (120 RF/t). It can store up to 200 kJ (80 kRF), with a maximal output of 600 J/t (240 RF/t). This generator is an upgraded version of the Solar Generator which outputs 6 times as much power as its lower tier counterpart does. The block is quite large, with a base that takes up 2 blocks in height and the actual panel that takes up a square area of 9 blocks on top of the base.

This generator will produce energy during daytime if the weather is clear. A non-transparent block above the Advanced Solar Generator will stop its production.
