Terra Truncator is a tool item added by the Botania mod. Like other Botania tools, it can absorb mana from a Mana Tablet to repair itself. The Truncator, assuming the player does not have a Stone of Temperance in their inventory, will chop down an entire tree at once. The Truncator will use some mana for each block broken.
All Botania axes, including Terra Truncator have right-click function, which is to place a sapling from inventory.

Terra Truncator has no known uses in crafting.
Trivia[edit]
This weapon's ability to cut down entire trees at once and the other items made with Terrasteel ingots may be a subtle reference to the game Terraria.
