Crystal Bow is weapon added by the Botania mod. It works like normal bow with Infinity enchantment, but it doesn't requires arrows in player's inventory, becouse it can't use normal arrows. This bow use Mana from inventory to shoot (so durability is endless). Crystal Bow also have more velocity than normal Bow
