The Greater Ring of Magnetization is an accessory added by the Botania mod. An upgraded form of the Ring of Magnetization, this bauble must be equipped in a Ring slot to function. It attracts any dropped item entities in range towards the player and applies a blue/red particle effect while doing so. Attracted items will not go through blocks. The range of attraction is a 33x33 horizontal area centered on the player and it retains the Solegnolia interaction and ignoring dropped items for five seconds like the basic ring. Vertically the range is slightly less, ~13 blocks up or down. The ring continues to attract items even if the player's inventory is full, making it possible to transport up to 200 additional stacks if running or flying without excessive speed.

Greater Ring of Magnetization is always on and requires no Mana. It can be temporarily deactivated by holding down Shift to sneak. This behavior can be inverted making the ring only active while sneaking by editing /config/Botania.cfg, setting B:magnetRing.invert to true. Always ignores all Mana Tablets and immature seeds (Certus, Fluix & Nether Quartz) from Applied Energistics 2, never picking them up.
