The Stone of Temperance, when activated and in the user's inventory, will limit the mining area of an activated Terra Shatterer to a simple 3*3. Deactivating the stone will allow the activated Terra Shatterer to return to its characteristic mining area for its given level (C - SS). A Ring of Thor in the users inventory will keep the mining area as a 3*3, but will mine 3 blocks deep.
