The Ring of Magnetizition is an accessory added by the Botania mod. It works like other Item Magnets: pushes nearby items to wearer's inventory.
When the wearer drops an item from the inventory, the ring doesn't work on this item for 5 seconds, also the ring doesn't work if player stays nearby Solegnolia flower. Items are not attracted to the player if the player is holding down Shift.
