The Toggle Latch is one of numerous blocks added by RedPower 2 that simplifies complex latches, gates or cells into single block mechanisms. The Toggle Latch is a miniaturized version of the T flip-flop gate in vanilla Minecraft. This means that one output face is constantly outputting power, whereas the other output face is not outputting power, and the output face that is outputting power can be toggled between the left and right output face by applying a Redstone pulse to the input face.
