The Green Screen is a block added by the Extra Utilities mod. The block as the name suggests, is used to build "green screens", which are commonly used in photography and cinematography to do chroma key compositing. Aside from not having any visual edges, the block also hides the selection rectangle that is displayed on blocks under the player's pointer. Before it was replaced with Lapis Caelestis it was only obtainable using creative mode or other item spawning methods.
