The Certus Quartz Cutting Knife is an item added by the Applied Energistics 2 mod. Right-click with the cutting knife in hand to open its GUI. Type text into the long box with the cursor prompt and place metal ingot(s) in the bottom slot to make Inscriber Name Press plates. Right-click on compatible AE2 devices to name them for other networked components, such as the ME Interface Terminal. Only crafting Cable Anchors consumes durability.
