The Soul Wafer is an item added by the DartCraft mod. It can be combined with certain force items when used in a Force Infuser. To get a bottle o entity, left click on a mob while holding a Force Flask. Hostile mobs must be at least half damaged or more to be flasked. Harder mobs may need to be damaged more.
