Hell Furnace is a block added by the Better Furnaces mod. It is an upgrade to the Diamond Furnace which is capable of performing smelting (or cooking) actions at 25 times the speed of a regular Furnace. Unlike a Furnace, the GUI of the Hell Furnace also features three slots where a player can place upgrade items provided by the mod, which add additional capabilities. More than three upgrades can be applied using an Upgrade Package.
