Clear Glass is a block added by the Tinkers' Construct mod. It behaves similarly to vanilla Glass, with the exception that it can be broken and drop without a tool with silk touch. This leaves only the edges of the block opaque. Unlike vanilla Glass, the block also uses connected textures, making it possible to create a clear wall of glass.
Clear Glass is produced by placing Sand in a Smeltery, then pouring the produced Molten Glass into a Casting Basin. One sand will produce one Clear Glass. Clear Glass may be used instead of Glass for Vanilla Minecraft and Tinkers' Construct recipes. A companion pane exists as Clear Pane.
Unlike normal Glass, Clear Glass may be broken by hand and picked up again, allowing it to be reused and replace.
