Tesseract Terminal is a block added by the GregTech 4 mod. When combined with Tesseract Generators, it allows both items and liquids to be accessed from across dimensions at significantly faster rates than the Item and Liquid Tesseracts of Thermal Expansion, making them useful for high-throughput lategame resource processing.
Usage[edit]
Once the player has set down a Tesseract Generator next to their desired inventory and assigned a unique frequency to it, setting up the Tesseract Terminal is relatively easy. When it is placed down at the target site, supplied with a maximum of 32EU/t and tuned to the correct frequency, it will begin to act as a proxy for the targeted inventory and can have liquids and items pumped in or out at will.
When fully powered at maximum speed the Tesseract Terminal can output 1000mB of liquid per tick, vastly faster than any other pipe currently in Feed the Beast. For comparison, the next best transport method, Liquiducts, can only carry liquid at 80mB/t. This can be further optimized using Pump Modules, which also handle 1000mB of liquid per tick, although also slightly increasing the EU usage of the machine.
The fact that Tesseracts can handle such high volumes of liquid as well as having up to five free sides available means they can have uses on a local level as well as a cross-dimensional one if very high liquid transport capacity is needed and/or space is at a premium, albeit being significantly more expensive than any contemporary pipe.
Recipe[edit]
Steel Machine Hull can be substituted with Stainless Machine Hull.
