The High Energy Charger is a part of GregTech 4 mod. It is used to store IndustrialCraft2 EU power. High Energy Charger can only store 2097152 EU and use a single battery at a time, also this battery must be ZPMV-Voltage (131072 EU/p) so it's currently the only way to discharge Zero Point Modules.
