Universal Macerator is a block added by the GregTech 4 mod. It is used for the same purpose as the Automatic Macerator, however, it has slightly different recipe system. Whenever item is put into its interface, it tries to process it in a Pulverizer. If there is no such recipe, it tries to process the item in Rock Crusher instead, and if it's not available too, it falls back to Macerator recipe. However, unlike the Rock Crusher, it cannot give more than one byproduct because of having only 2 output slots.
The Universal Macerator (GregTech 4) requires Low Voltage (32 EU/t) to work and will explode if supplied by any higher voltage (unless Transformer Upgrades and/or HV-Transformer Upgrades are used).
Recipe
Titanium Machine Hull can be substituted with 
Tungstensteel Machine Hull.
Diamond Grinder can be substituted with 
Wolframium Grinder.
Note: 
Automatic Macerator can be substituted with 
Macerator. On the other hand, the IndustrialCraft2 macerator itself isn't craftable.
Usage
Universal Macerator (GregTech 4) has no known uses in crafting.
