A Syringe is an item from RFTools mod. It is used to extract essence from mobs.

To extract the essence, simply hit the mob with the Syringe until it's full. A full Syringe can then be used to craft various Modules for Environmental Controller.

Essence from Syringes is also used to create Mob Dimlets.
