The Liquid Monitor is a machine added by RFTools mod. It is used to check nearby tanks' liquid levels, similar to RF Monitor.
The Liquid Monitor covers a 3x3x3 block area, with itself in the center. It can be configured to emit a redstone signal depending on the level of liquid left in the observed tank.
