The Environmental Controller is a machine added by RFTools mod. It is used to provide various bonuses in a surrounding area. The radius, min and max height of the area where buffs will be applied can be set in the block's GUI.
Each bonus is achieved by using a specific Module (e.g. Speed Plus or Feather Falling). Each module requires power to work. An Environmental Controller can hold up to 7 different modules.
Maximum area covered by an Environmental Controller is a cylinder with a 100 block radius from bedrock to sky level.
