The RF Monitor is a machine added by RFTools mod. It is used to check nearby blocks' RF levels.
The RF Monitor covers a 3x3x3 block area, with itself in the center. It can be configured to emit a redstone signal depending on the level of RF left in the observed machine. This, together with Power Relay, allows players to control parts of their RF networks.
