Soul Pentacle is a multiblock structure added by EssentialCraft III. It is used to clear damage dealt to player by various MRU sources, such as MRU Guns and Corruption.
The Soul Pentacle uses ESPE for work. It is not clear how much ESPE it needs. The machine has an internal buffer of 40,000 ESPE (80,000 on Demonic tier).
The device has multiple tiers, each built with two new block types over previous tier:
- Mithriline tier is built with
Mithriline Crystals and 
Mithriline Platings. It clears "Body Damage". - Pale tier is built with
Pale Crystals and 
Pale Blocks over Mithriline tier. It also clears "Mind Damage". - Void tier is built with
Void Crystals and 
Void Stone over Pale tier. It also clears "Matrix Damage". - Demonic tier is built with
Demonic Crystals and 
Demonic Platings over Pale tier. It generates ESPE twice as fast and stores 80,000 ESPE instead of 40,000.
