Monster Holding Device is a block added by the EssentialCraft III mod. It is used to keep mobs in its range using MRU. Each mob in range, which is 11 blocks, uses 1 MRU/t from the device. The device will then block any attempts for mobs in range to go outside the range.
The MRU balance doesn't change block behaviour. The block has an internal buffer of 5,000 MRU.

Elemental Core can be substituted with the following items: 
Pale Elemental Core, 
Demonic Core.
Usage[edit]
Monster Holding Device has no known uses in crafting.
