Magical Item Shuffler is a block added by the EssentialCraft III mod. It is used to randomly move drop entities.
Whenever Item Shuffler receives redstone pulse, it starts to move drops in 25×25 area around itself in random directions. Each drop entity is moved 1 block to north, east, weast or south. That doesn't use MRU.
