Magical Repairer is a block added by the EssentialCraft III mod. It is used to repair tools using MRU. Each 1 point of durability restored this way uses 500 MRU from the machine.
The MRU balance doesn't change block behaviour. The block has an internal buffer of 5,000 MRU.
