Magical Shearing Station is a block added by the EssentialCraft III mod. It is used to automatically shear sheeps and similar mobs.
Whenever Shearing Station receives redstone pulse, it tries to shear animals in the range of 8 blocks around the machine. That doesn't use MRU.
