This article is about the Sequencer from Extra Bees. You may be looking for the Sequencer from RedPower 2. |
The Sequencer uses bees and a blank template to create a species-specific template that can be used by the Splicer. A Sequencer can store 15000MJ and requires 2500MJ per template. It takes 15 seconds to sequence a bee. Queens, princesses and analyzed bees contribute more to the Sequencer's progress.
Bees added to the left are used to sequence a genome. If the DNA progress bar is at the bottom and it says None underneath the progress bar in the center then any bee can be processed. But once you've started writing a species only that species can be placed in the sequencer. To reset the sequencer either use a BC logic gate or remove the blank templates from the bottom of the DNA progress Bar.
This machine only accepts Common, Forest, Meadows, Modest, Rocky, Tropical, Water and Wintry Bees.
