The Amber Comb is one of the honeycomb types added by Extra Bees add-on mod. It's produced by Resinous as a specialty and Elastic Bees as normal produce, with Elastic having the best rate. When processed this comb makes Sticky Resin from IndustrialCraft2 which is the precursor to Rubber. Amber Combs can be used as a renewable Rubber source instead of a Rubber Tree farm.
